Breeio has several AI features that can be utilised by both learners and administrators to support the learning experience within your organisation.

Practical module feedback
When creating a practical module where you've indicated the user needs to provide a response you can select if you'd like the AI coach to be available for them to receive feedback, best practice guidance and evaluation on their responses.
The learner will answer the question and can choose to receive feedback on their response by clicking the 'Click for AI-assisted feedback'.
The AI coach will provide feedback to the learner and if selected in the module build give an evaluation rating. This gives the learner the opportunity to refine their response and can click to refresh the AI feedback.
Learning log feedback
When a learner logs a training item in their Learning log they can choose to add their reflections by answering reflection questions*. They do this by clicking on the 'Reflections' toggle.
* The Reflective toggle is a setting - if your learners do not have this toggle and you want them to please email support@acteoncommunication.com
The learner will answer the questions and can click on the 'Click for AI-assisted feedback' button.
Learning plans
Learners can create a personal learning plan - they access it via the Learning log area. Clicking on 'Add Learning Plan' will launch the AI coach where the learner will answer questions about either the new role or new skill they are looking to develop.
Once the AI coach has the information needed it will review the content held within your learning platform and also recommend topic areas that might not currently be available.
Objectives coach
Within the objectives area Learners can use the AI coach to create an objective and an action plan.
Content creation tools
The AI tool can help you create eLearning and assessment modules either based on your own content or AI sourced content.
If you want the AI tool to create a module based on your content simply upload your document and select the learning interactions you want and the tool will send you an email when it's ready.
When using the AI tool to create AI sourced content you will answer some questions that will enable the AI tool to understand your requirement and you'll be notified by email when the module is ready.
Tracking AI usage
Administrators will have an AI usage tile in the reporting area on their homepage.
