Breeio AI Features

Breeio includes a suite of integrated AI capabilities designed to enhance learning, streamline content creation and support learners and L&D teams. The features detailed below are included with the basic Breeio license. You’ll receive 2500 credits per quarter, with usage automatically resetting at the start of each quarter. Additional credit packages are available if required.

1. Breeio IO

Breeio IO is available to all colleagues via the Breeio dashboard. Breeio IO serves as system help for colleagues, as well as search and quick access to important tasks. Where system roles and privileges allow, Breeio IO can provide data on groups and teams.

  • Colleagues can make use of the feedback coach when working on a practical module or reflecting on learning they have completed.
  • Administrators and team leaders can ask for learning data and reports.

2. AI Feedback Coach

Colleagues are asked a question in a traditional web form and choose to receive feedback from the AI assistant. This has been particularly helpful in healthcare and legal organisations helping colleagues reflect on their practice.

  • Colleagues can make use of the feedback coach when working on a practical module or reflecting on learning they have completed.
  • The coach will offer best practice guidance to reinforce learning

3. Objectives Coach

Colleagues discuss objectives with an AI coach who assists in the development of a plan to meet the objective. Objectives can be saved in Breeio’s Objectives Tracker. Previous discussions can be resumed and progressed as one works toward the objective.

4. Learning Plan Assistant

Colleagues discuss how they would like to develop with an AI coach (eg, new role or skill). The AI assistant then creates an optimum learning plan, sourcing learning materials from the LMS where possible, or referring to outside sources. Learning plans are then living documents, updated as progress is made.

5. AI Resources and Course Support

Add AI tutors and scenario challenges to your courses and give colleagues helpful resources to augment your e-learning, instructor-led or blended course content. The AI activities dynamically adapt to the course, the company, the industry, and the colleague’s role to make an activity that is specific and stimulating.

  • Create decision-making scenario modules that will assess the learner’s reasoning for their decision and provide follow up questions based on this.

6. AI Content Creation Tools

Course Creators and Administrators can have the Breeio assistant generate assessments and e-learning courses based on chosen topics and company source content. Courses are then edited in Breeio’s e-learning authoring tool or in Microsoft Word.

  • Build learning modules directly from uploaded documents or from a short-written brief
  • Edit and refine in Breeio’s content editor, making ready to assign, or create in another authoring tool from the AI-generated script.

7. Conversational AI Modules

Breeio comes with customisable AI modules that can be used to create e-learning that can be completed and tracked within the LMS. Course Creators tell Breeio the subject and background information and Breeio creates a stimulating scenario module, specific to the company and role of each colleague.

8. AI Assistants

Breeio comes with an AI Assistants library designed specifically for colleagues, managers and the L&D team. For example, colleagues have access to an AI Coach, designed to be used alongside traditional coaching, or where coaching is not viable for all colleagues. The AI Coach follows the GROW model and asks questions to help colleagues form a plan for progressing towards their goals and objectives.

9. Focused AI Assistant

Trained on a specific body of knowledge (eg. HR Policies, IT Security Policies, Product Information, etc), the optional AI Assistant can be asked questions on a subject and dialogue with the colleague. For example, a colleague could ask, “I’ve just found out my wife is expecting and due 17 July. What paternity leave am I eligible for and what key dates should I be aware of?”

  • Breeio Administrators can upload and manage source documents (eg. HR or policy documents) via self-service area, ensuring full control and up-to-date information
  • Breeio Administrators can name the Assistant and edit the behaviour prompt to fit the context.
  • Colleagues can ask questions and receive answers drawn directly from your uploaded content

10. AI Usage Reporting

  • A dashboard tile provides real-time visibility of AI usage
  • Detailed reporting of feature and credit usage

Secure

We use Office 365 Security for our AI tools and services – the same security protecting

OneDrive and SharePoint.

Private

We use only a private Microsoft Azure OpenAI large language model (LLM). Breeio's AI does

not connect to the public ChatGPT.

No public interface

Your answers and documents are never shared with or used to train any AI model. Your

information is kept confidential and deleted from the AI platform within 30 days and is never used by Microsoft or OpenAI.
