xAPI modules can track all activity the learner completes including answers to questions. This means where xAPI is the chosen module type you can get access to detailed data on learner responses on assessments and surveys.
An xAPI module can be uploaded into Breeio or if you create a module through the Breeio authoring tool this will be in xAPI format.
When you have some completions on the module you can drill down to view the responses by going into the course report via Course Breakdown and clicking on View Module Breakdown.
Click on View Question Analysis.
This will take you into the analysis page of the module where you can review and download individual responses or a summary of all responses.
By default you will be looking at the latest responses only - this means if you have learners who have completed the module more than once perhaps due to renewal or an assessment retake. If you want to include all responses untick the 'Latest responses only' box.
We would recommend you use this feature alongside selecting a date range in the filters to help you see the data set you need.
