Dematic is a global engineering company, providing supply chain automation systems. They design, build and support intelligent automated warehouses for their customers, including installing sophisticated machinery.
As part of delivering outstanding customer service, Dematic provides training to help warehouse teams learn how to use the machinery, as well as the critical health and safety procedures needed for operating them.
Tom Preskett is Instructional Designer for Dematic’s European operations. After extensive research (looking at over fifty LMSs!), Tom chose Breeio as the ideal platform to help him create and deliver learning content to customers.

The need: As for all L&D teams, Dematic needed their admin burden to be minimised and repetitive tasks to be automated where possible. They also needed customers to be able to access and manage the learning easily without need for further support. But if support is requested, they want quick and helpful responses from the LMS support team.
